im building a robot and i was just wondering for any suggestions on the weapons i would like it to be a projectile weapon

i was thinking of a flamethrower but have no idea how to make the pilot flame and suggestions please help

ok so you have no idea how to make the pilot flame, but you can make a robot. That really doesnt add up?

Why don't you attach a Vortex style gun to your robot (providing it can carry the air tank) Is it a vehicle robot or a person robot?

That's something I always wanted to do.

The plan was to make the robot body out of PET bottles that would also serve as an air chamber, add a couple of heavy duty motors and wheels then rip out the electronics from one of these and have a BBMG in the turret.

Of course it would make more sense to have a regulated HPA or CO2 bottle as a pressure source if you can afford it.

It would make for the most damage (after like 200 rounds!)
It would also look awesome, this little bot spewing out seemingly endless ammunition

What you can do is use electricity to ignite the gas. Make an induction coil, with the spark arcing across the flammable liquid. This will be quick to make, and go with the whole robot theme.

Lol, isn't the topic about how to make a pilot flame for a flamethrower? I suggested use electricity.

I'm not sure what PUI is, i googled it, but it came up with irrelevant stuff.... So ill assume something on electronics.... So ill go ahead an answer it even though i don't know what the question is.

I have worked alot with electronics in my life, and naturally being me, i wanted to make weapons and stuff like that, so i learned about how electronics can be used as a weapon and other stuff along those lines... I also used my understanding of electronics to make things....

This reminds me of a Simpson's quote when Homer wanted to help people "I gave him directions, even though i didn't know where the place was"
