Yea Asians for the most part are extremely intelligent and the whole hunting with an AK, it was full auto and the guy couldnt differentiate between humans, dogs and deer; Asshole.

Yea well there is always going to be bad publicity about this hobby but usually it doesnt get like this to actually get on some news station. But you know, shit happens, so i really dont care for any of it. Just something we gotta deal with and its to bad bud he still soils the good spudgunning name. But he will be punished accordingly.

I really dont know what to say to this. its one of those idiotic things people do . I know for a fact i am personally COMPLETELY saftey concious when i fire my cannons. I clear the area and set up "DANGA!!!" tape around the perimeter of my range before i begin, set up a proper backstop, and always blow an airhorn 5 seconds before firing.

its things like these that make people say "im afraid of you" when i tell people im into spud cannons.

@VH_man: A very fair point - I tend to talk about spudguns or pneumatic launchers - because of course, air and potatoes are completely harmless, aren't they?

I think people might soil themselves if I told them a 20mm ball bearing from HEAL has a higher Taylor index than a .50 cal FMJ from a Desert Eagle (32.3 against 30.5)

It was just today that my MOTHER handed me a nicely washed Avocado pit and said "There you go, should be a good thing to shoot out of one of your guns"
