yeah but imagine how the game would look if you did have a nice computer... COD4 for my PC looks 10 times better than the stock medium/high graphic settings for PS3.

I love my computer, I'm really a computer geek at heart.

If anyone is interested here are my stats for my computer:

Antec P180 Black computer case
Quad Core 6600, each processor (core) is running Overclocked at 3.6ghz
FSB is 1600MHZ
4GB of DDR2 Crucial Ballistics
8800GT PCI-E 2.0
ASUS maximus formula x38 mobo with PCI-E 2.0 support
Western Digital 750GB 16mb cache
Razor Death Adder Gaming mouse with Razer ExactMat Mousepad
Saitek Eclipse 2 Keyboard
Dual 19" Samsung 2ms response time 2000:1 contrast Ratio LCD's

yeah its my sexy beast... to give you guys an idea... I can run COD4, and BF2 at the same time at complete max settings for both games. Even then im only using 100% of 2 cores with 5% on the third and 0% on the fourth. Not bad for only $1300 eh? (I power built it)

I wish GTA4 would be released for PC at the same time but they never are.... But for now I have crysis, COD4, Orange Box, and BF2 to keep me entertained.

BTW im lvl 55 online in COD4 (I play too much.) Hell of a fun game online, wasn't a fan of the campaign.

The GTA series is the master of it's kind, and I'm sure the latest installment won't dissapoint. It's a hard game to cock up once you've got the core concepts down.

Now as for the graphics....they actually don't look THAT intense to me. I'm pretty sure a decent mid-range machine will run it just fine.

This is already fairly off topic, so lets say we keep this thread open and keep it about the GTA IV launch?

Oh come on, saying something like that is just going to cause unnecessary friction.

If I'm honest, I find that all of these games attract complete n00bs, CS, COD, Battlefield (whichever version) - you name the online game, there are n00bs and exploiters, and you can't get away from that.

Apparently GTA 4 is already "out".

But anyway... I guess this is one of those games you probably won't mind spending $60 on.
