i have seen topics about ammo but i have never dreamed of a topic to get idea for targets.

well, post a target that is possible to find, and if you have shot it tell us how it turned out.

Well, there is always expensive electronics that you don't need, (old phone or computer.)

Then there is various fruits and veggies like watermelons. (Be sure to have a good camera for these, everybody loves slow mo explosions of watermelons.)

Also there is really thick plywood or even steel to amaze.

A phonebook(watch out, sometimes projectiles like to bounce back...)

Dolls filled with red paint to simulate blood. (i think JSR used this on one of his guns)

Anything filled with water, (fun to look at explosions)

Thats all i got... all of these you probably thought of already though...

I agree with DYI- the most fun thing that I've ever shot at was my old bed room door. I got a potato right clean through it and lets just say, it kept going.

I plan on shooting used IDPA targets, especially when I get to testing BBMG's/Snipers/Anti Personnel rounds. As for regular cannons, targets haven't been as big as an issue as an effective backstop has been, since both me and my father are avid competitive shooters, an effective backstop is the difference between a good day, and property damage (or worse). Thankfully, the CA3 doesn't require a backstop, so that decreased the number of things I have to lug between the garage and yard.

I agree with DYI- the most fun thing that I've ever shot at was my old bed room door. I got a potato right clean through it and lets just say, it kept going.

See, the fun part about my shot was that there was a 6mm steel plate mounted on the front of the door to stop the projectile and hopefully blow the door off its hinges - instead, the entire door shattered into fragments the size of toothpicks when the 2 foot square plate was punched right through it from the energy transfer, and carried a good ten feet back after that. We found most of the door on the roof of my shed a few months later

Busted fridges,freezers.Best thing was shooting a nice clean white surface with a shotgun of marbles...MmmmmMmmm makes me shiver of the thought of it...

My friend and us shot his old printer now that was pretty cool,alot of small parts in one of them so sh!t goes everywere.

Wish I had a shooting car,got it would be heaven.

i know of a car i may be allowed to be shooting at. thind i will shoot a huge buckshot of nuts and screws from some range

and a APFSDS round through the engine ^_`

i have three 800cc two stroke snowmobile cylinders i can shoot at but that will be backed up abainst a rock with a lead slug
