this guy is an artist, check out how detailed his guns are

If I were screwed like any of you guys in the UK or where every you have those stupid laws on toy and airsoft guns I would try what this guy does, I bet we could all learn from his fabrication techniques to make more realistic guns

Meh, I actually have a sour disposition against this guy, whenever I try to look for DIY stuff on you tube, I always get this guy, and its never really clicked with me why you would make a paper gun that does f|ck all,

and he stole his theme music from ubisoft, its a little juvenile in my opinion...

I hadn't looked into him that far. I was talking about just the fabrication skill. Heck why would i build a paper AK when I have a real one.

You have to admit he did a very good likeness.

yea, but then what

just against my style to make something for nothing, even a pointless use is better than none...

Ok, I agree with that, thats why we all spudgun. For the time and money I have put into my gun it has no real purpose but to make me giggle like a school girl. It does that very well!

Ha, Oh no worries, I definitely know the feeling of giggling like a school girl over a new discovery, and recently even had the feeling recently of making something so dangerous I felt impulsed to destroy it and never replicate it, And now I'm trying to get a video up, dam youtube, takes forever, But I digress! paper guns, cool but stoop!d

juvenile sorta, but if I were younger I'd defiantly prefer these over some of the stupid under scaled or inaccurate(design), or like I said if I lived in some lame place were the laws forbid toy and airsoft guns I think I like guns enough that I would give this a shot

there are some spud guns that might be more for looks I would try this to make them look better

Well, the laws may forbid them, but that doesn't mean they can't be built, this site is all about making something from nothing, only shooting somethings from hardware nothings, It's the same idea with the paper guns, but since they do not have an actual function, they are based more in fantasy, and that isn't really what this site is about, I agree, they are interesting sure, but it's alot of time to put into something you can only look at and show off.

I find it sad he used carboard and paper instead of woad, alumium or maybe some kind of plastic, i can only speak for my self but a paper gun, no matter how realistic just cant impress me alot, while one made from a material that acctually has a use in the proper cannon industry(includes spudguns :D )and is realistic is, IMO very impressing and somehting the maker can, and should be proud of.

Ah, that is true, I don't know why, but wood and metal probably would have been more impressive, shows a bit more manufacturing skill than just scissors and glue can offer, plus it's a little more robust, so when your friend picks it up and plays around with it, he wont break the thing in half

The US is great. Its legal to make your own weapons as long as you don't sell or transport them.

actually I just remembered, this is like back when I was a young boy scout it annoyed me when kids pretended a stick was a gun when it had zero resemblance with a gun, so I made stick guns that better resembled real guns

here's an some example
