Hey guys, It is my Bday 2day, and I am 14. I got alot of mone($257),and already had $123, so I bought a GP RS-R pocket bike. It was $340, and I got a safety gear package(full face helmet, pads, gloves). So all together It was $421, but my parents payd for the gear. I still have $40, but I cant spend it on spudding  .

Tell you dad that spudding can get you into good schools. The only reason I'm at Stanford is because I wrote the majority of my college essays on the cannon building I did and what I had learned from it.

Anyways, Happy Birthday! hope you get to enjoy your mini crotch rocket. Be safe

Oh, the reason he said it was because everytime I build a gun or kart, It only lasts a few days, and most of the stuff goes to waste.

Creative essay's go far. My sister got into UCLA for med by basing the essay around her marching band (drumline/captain).

Happy birthday. Invest the 40 dollars =p

Lucky. Where I went they sort of went "Ah that's nice" and come college I'm stuck with only TOPS and student loans.

Anyways, happy birthday! Hope you enjoy the pocket bike, and tell your parents that I've wasted over 1500 dollars over the past three years on cannons, if it makes them feel any better, and I'm not starving or anything.

Its my 14th birthday tomorrow! I, however am not trusted enough for a dirt bike, so all my funds go towards cannons. I embrace my parents ignorance of the cannons power because i can't think of a single hobby I would enjoy more. By the way, that's a big amount of money for a b'day present I hope you thanked your parents!

The thing with my parrents is that I am olny allowed to make pneumatics. No hybrids or combustions they think everything will exsplode with a gaseous fuel in it :( This is such a great hobby, Have fun with the rocket.

Happy birthday (lil late). Looks like a fun little bike..

If you're getting that much for birthday's alone, consider doing jobs/getting a part time etc and buying some good tools, like a tower drill etc, lathe..

I went halves with dad on our pillar drill and drillset etc... and it was well worth it! Also you can buy things that wouldn't seem like they would be used for spudding, but could be..Make it a bit discrete etc.

Happy birthday!
