any ideas or i have the materials to do it but just wondering if youve done anything like it

Aluminum, brass and steel, with a HPA reservoir.

Do you have a machine shop to do this with twizi? It's no mean feat..do you also have the facilities to rifle the barrel?

i have acess i just need to get my design finalized i have a lathe a mill and a cnc water ject at my dads company.

Ok please be nice if i am wrong..

but couldn't you just make a valve like the hammer valve in Gippeto's co-ax ??

could you get a piece of solid ally drill your center hole 3mm and then drill your port in the side. place 2 o'rings either end of the solid and a grub screw hole in the middle between the orings then slide the valve down into your chamber and grub screw it in place. (ruff version)

then all you need is a snug fit pipe/tube to go between your valve and breach ?

the hardess part i think would be the seal , all real pcp guns use (sorry to all but most) delrin plastic as there seal. i think this could be possible :)
