Not my usual compact work.

This one is thickwalled steel and has in I.D. of 6.4 inches..

The trick is to connect it to my 30 liter reservoir and somehow build a valve inbetween... :D

I'll sort it out..

Exactly!

Hopefully I'll get it together for the September event in Belgium but I think it is more likely I'll go next year...

I might be able to swap a defunct Honda CB100L for a Yamaha RT100 2 stroke, which won't take much work to get going.

Worth it? I don't think I can get the CB100 going, not without replacing the wiring loom, stripping and cleaning the carby, cleaning the fuel tank and replacing the battery.

I'm pretty average with 4 strokes, but I'm very comfortable with 2 strokes. I think the RT100 just needs decokeing and the oil pump primed. If need be I can strip the carby, cut and replace gaskets and the like.

It'll be like riding a monkey bike for me though, but better than walking to the letterbox.

Second paycheck at the new job! Feels good to be working again, though my truck's seat is making my butt sore. The seat cushion has been pounded flat by some fat-@$$, except for a bit at the back that presses against my tailbone...

By the way, have you seen Talvisota? I'm half way through and it looks pretty good so far, some of the scenes are amazing.
