A small business owner was dismayed when a brand new corporate chain much like his own opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read BEST BLACK FRIDAY DEALS.

He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading LOWEST BLACK FRIDAY PRICES.

The small business owner panicked, until he got an idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own shop-it read... MAIN ENTRANCE.

Splitting an arrow? >Yeah, that's cool, but how about splitting an airgun pellet with another? Didn't manage to do that, but i managed to do something else..

About a month ago i found some old machine when i was digging some stuff from the local junk yard, i have no idea what is it but it says GeoNic 250 on the upper corner. I was able to get the screen light up and few BEEPs, but nothing else, so i decided to shoot it with my 97k using JSB Monster pellets

Sooo i threw the machine to the other side of my room and started shooting it while stting in floor, using my chair as support, while listening some Stam1na. First shots raped the plastic "shield" away from the screen, and when the LCD was exposed, pellets started to stick to it. Took few shots to it, then went to see the damage and noticed that i had doubled a pellet :D

Image

The one on the left is the doublet, right is just one smushed and then there is intact pellet to show the deform. These shots were taken from about 5m away.

SB15 used them on a couple of his older hybrids as burst disc holders, you'll be fine.

Just mind, getting the discs sealing well can be a pain in the arse, depending on how the camlock is made. I prefer unions for all my stuff, far easier to get to seal, and cheaper.

true, haven't just been able to fins proper sized union that doesn't have the "cone". I sanded down but it isn't perfectly straight so getting it seal is really a pain :?

I use the unions with square sealing faces, and the washers from watering hoses, they fit perfectly, and seal really well, taken them up to 700psi without a leak, and it's only hand tight1

1 Hand tight=light spanner work for some, there's a few weaklings around

Edit: Just a brain fart Saefroch, and good to have you back

The preview button is nifty . Also to do this use tags with less than and greater than signs, not brackets.

Can you grind down the union with a tool like one of these?

Tags aren't working for me for some reason.
