@JSR, It's a circuit.
If you knew about the mess of arduino ramblings and experimentation going on next to my desk right now...

Big project is extremely close to coming to fruition, can't say much before it's done but watch this space.
Playing around with anodizing of late...
Very nice!

Bingo! Pretty much designed by slapping an astable and a monostable 555 together. It's important to have really short low pulses from the astable to keep the mono from resetting.

Nice! What's your process?

Use 720 rule to figure current... http://www.ndhsubmersiblescience.com/ano/720rule.html

Clean parts and SOLID electrical contact are key points.

Keeping it under wraps until the final prototype is running but basically a unique airsoft replica intended for limited production has been in the pipeline for a couple of years now, progress has been slow because of other commitments but we're very close to have a functioning launcher and if all goes to plan it's going to be pretty epic.

Hers a sneak preview, specifications may change on final product

Can't see your image but I assume it's this:

Not too far removed from one of the first prototypes :P

Cool. Just for reference then you can use your Arduino as an ISP to program an ATtiny85 to shrink down your electronics if the application isn't too demanding... not to mention they're a little over a buck compared to an Arduino's cost.

LeMaudit is handling the electronics side and I don't think that's enough input/output for what he wants to do  end product will be using one of those smaller arduino variants, enough for complex timing sequences and mode selection.

So I take it this:

isn't all you're trying to do. :D

Oh it's a little more complicated than that. There's buttons, so many buttons... and a screen!

Any experienced mechanics here? Trying to change the exhaust on a Suzuki GS500E. However parts for re jet is not available here sois there some way I could modify the original jet? I ordered a pack of 0.5-2mm drill and drill holder just in case I could just drill the hole bigger...

Resizing jets never works out well. It will cost a bit more for shipping but worth it in the long run.

http://www.petescycle.com/OEMpartfinder.htm

If you can't find what you want from that page send them a email request for a part find, the reply will be slow they are busy this time of year...

wyz2285 did you try running it with the original jetting? Usually you will want more fuel with your better flowing exhaust (this is probably why you are looking for the parts kit) but not always. I do a lot of "plug chops" or I did in the days before SV1000S!

Anyway only drill those jets as a last resort if you can't get new ones. If you do drill them they like a smooth surface, so you can make laps for that. Even I haven't drilled jets and I hacked a lot of old bikes (not a mechanic but too poor to afford one). Drilling jets is something I recall from some books that were likely from before the 1970s

If you just want it to run now and your mix is too lean, you can block off part of your air filter to bring the mixture back into spec. I did that with a Honda 400 and it ran like a top (lower max power but cheap solution and good torque for wheelies) for years.

Well I half ass stuff a lot, but I can seat down and drill a hole 0.05mm a time to save me a hundred bucks.
I need 0.4mm pilot and 1.25-1.3 jet so order couple more drills. Gonna try some bike shop for luck but doubt it.
Planning on install a high flow filter instead of block it  I know this old thing won't go as fast as my car but hell since I'm gonna get my hands real dirty might as well get it done proper!
