Does any on have ah chrony that still works that they don't want any
More or has a chrony they are willing to sell.

If you do tell me what type it is it's condition and it's price. l I will do payments through is PayPal that's it. So if you have a chrony and willing to sell or gt rid of tell me. And if it is a chrony you do not want any more I will pay the shipping on the item. Thanks and if you want pm instead of putting it in the comments.

Used chrony usually means shot chrony ;)

There are some home made options if you don't want to spend money, check the wiki.

I have seen how to make those but they seem too complicated for me,but I might just try it if i can't find someone who is willing to sell.

under 30 bucks lol
Keep loling because the only chrony I can think of that you might be able to get for that type of money is Mr. C's :D
A homemade chronograph shouldn't be to hard to pull off with under $35, an arduino, 2 phototransistors and one of these
I could probably even send you the code for it once I get back to my other house.... at the end of the summer.

However.... if you're really willing to pay full price for a newbie, than go for it because I doubt anyone would sell you a working chrony for the prices your looking to find one for.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Genuinely spilt my coffee there, nice one :)

Seriously though, if you can spare 30 bucks, surely you could put together 80 and get a brand new one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Shooting-Chrony ... 3f18ca13bc

He can have it for $60! :D

I need to buy a $10 replacement LCD display; pretty sure its only the LCD that's buggered.

What type do you have?

If you can find a working chrony for that price, under 30 dollars, its not going to be a very good one. You get what you pay for, its summer time, go walk around your neighborhood and offer to cut grass and other chores. I used to make 300 dollars a week during the summer when I was your age.

F1 Chrony, but I live in NZ and the cost for postage would make it rather expensive

Save up $80, that's all you need. Either that, or make your own like I once tried. Don't even ask "how do I make my own chrony" because there are plenty of threads on the subject that are easy to find in the search.

Search "chronograph" and my username under "author" to find out.
