Another paintball game.

I only posted this because Prof. Amadius asked.

Well Rolling Eyes , I went there by myself seeing if I could join a game and it just so happens that there was a group sort of a few player. All together there was 9 people, three of which had fancy markers(Ion, Spyder victor and black fancy one). Our first game was ilimination in the concrete mirror field. I tried to shoot a few people but was the third illiminated person because a ball hit my marker. (I was wearing my gilli jacket and didn't pic up paint, well, maybe a ball or two). Next was a game on the trench field, it was ok but we started at the bottom of the field and were at a disadvantage, I managed to hit 2 people but was stuck behind barrels with the dude with the fancy black marker shooting me. I was painted from the spray and got hit on the cap part of the mask and in the mouth piece. I learnt not to play paintball with your mouth open, cause paint tastes like crap.

Next was a fanta orange.

Then I met these 2 dudes with A5's, one with a flatline and trigger upgrade, the other with hopper cap/ remote line/ apex barrel system/drop forward stubb and a red dot optic. I became friends with the ref and the dude with the ION(we backed up each other everywhere). His Ion was freakin accurate, hitting guys everywhere! I changed from a Pro carbine to a 98 custom(they had one spare) but the barrel was super sh!t.

Next we played on the capture the flag tower field(we played rencarnation) me and the Ion buddy took the right hand side of the field but quickly became marked down by the fancy marker dudes. I shot a guy in the hopper and one in the head, as well as loading up some guy on his arm. I decide to make a break for the concrete bunker center right field, my buddy lays down covering fire. As I am running I get nailed on the shoulder but no one saw because the paint was hidden under layers of gilli. It left a welt. I was very pissed off and turned around the corner, with a full view of the enemy and loaded one up, befor being pinned down by the black marker dude. Soon enough it was over. next we played on the speed ball field(I never played on it befor), made of mesh stuctures and concrete walls, and it was ilimination. me and my buddy took right center field and layed down fire on the enemy, who for some reason didn't know it was ilimination. They iliminated all of our team accept me and my buddy even though we hit loads of them! So we were stuck on right corner field and all of them charged around the left side, my buddy was shot and I thought 'fork that' and gave up. Now it was getting late.
Our last game was the tower field, we played until we couldn't.

So we start at the bottom, behind the river(dryed up) with the sun in our eyes. It was a long game, I had advanced then advanced in the opposite direction time and time again. The dude with the black gun was a big neusence, but I got him badly by hitting him on the chest while he wasn't looking. The advantage we had was on our side was the bush, lots and lots of bush.

Eventually with lots of paint they drove us back to our side and held the tower. I got one with a headshot. there was 4 on our side and 4 on theirs. I got driven back to base, along with 2 other guys. Ion dude was refilling with air. I was clueless to their numbers. Stuck at base The one guy took center field and layed down covering fire, the other went to the far side of the field and found that he could jump into the river bed and across to a well fortified side(bush and barrels) which just happend to have clear view of the top of the tower. I fowwowed to the side of the field, waited for the paint to stop raining and slid into the river bed. I was behind the barrels, got painted with spray and managed to get one more guy befor the wistle blew. It was a tough day. I didn't take track of the winnings. It was fun. I plan to go tomorrow.

Me too , I will be getting one soon. It seems I have made up my mind and decided on a Tippmann A5.

What about the propane paintball marker?I want to no if any one has actualy used on of these and can tell me weatehr it is worthe it or not because CO2 refils are along way from here and i dont want to spend all my money on a dud gun and a lisence which is useless nearly.

Sure, the Tippmann c3. It runs on propane, I think it is quite good.

Yeah it has a small combustion chamber inside of it which propels the paintball forward. Someone I was talking to has one on this fourm but I forgot who it was.

Wait so it uses a combustion chamber? how does it vent and i would think it wouldn't be that strong unless its like a hybrid or something. I like listening to these things because when its to hot out to play here i can just read these

I don't even rember my rec games, way to long ago. I'd like to get back into playing but I can't find a job to pay for paint, getting a new marker is the easy part. You really should try speedball, a lot more adrenaline and more/ funner games, it just cost a LOT more in paint even if you shoot crappy paint which I don't like to do.
>EDIT<: As for Co2, it's shit, it ruins the orings, and it fluctuates your FPS with changes in temperature, change to HP(high pressure) and you will never go back to Co2, it's a lot easier to get filled if you have a decent sports store around or if your field isn't completely ghetto they should have a compressor or atleast tanks they go get filled(huge ones, slightly bigger then the ones Co2 come in and much heavier).

I like woods ball better. You can sneak around more and I dont like speed ball because i suck at it

Yep amen to Squishy Speedball rocks. But I cant afford going to a field every time so me and my friends made a rec/speed ball field. Its alright but still rec.
