You could be blamed for it, but she's asking to much. I would not buy her a brand new one, search ebay for a replacement just like hers, she will have to eccept it or tough tits!

If she takes replacement, make sure you get the broken one in question, after all, you bought it.

well me and my friend both agreed to pay half each so $100NZD($60US)each and we can sell the broken ipod and everything that comes with the 2nd hand one that im buying for atleast $50 so $75 isnt thta bad after all but i wanna see if i can get it through warranty first but she wont give me the docket and original boxing and crap and she wont even give me details on the ipod e.g how many gigs it is.

Yea, that sounds like a good suloution, as long as she works with you on it, if not, she's shit out of luck. What other choice do you have if she's unwilling to work with you on it.

thats why im bringing a tape recorder to school on monday,ill state if she wont give me everything that comes with the nano incl the nano itself and the docket she cant get f'ed as i will try to get it under warranty and if i buy her a new one i wont the old shit,im not going to f'k around waiting for her to give it to me so she has one chance and if she declines i wont do sh't.

ok well my parents weren't informed as i felt they didnt need to be so the girl got her mum to write a letter...my mum got pissed of at me and told me to pay but my dad said tear it up and tell 'em to get f'd as its her fault for bringing it too school in the first place...so looks like i am no longer gonna pay :D

my dad is so cool right now 8) ....he also gave me an old fire extinguisher for a new PB gun im making :D

This couldn't be farther from the truth, there are incredibly high penalties for manufacturing and using high explosives without the required licensing. There is something about making compositions in very small amounts (1/2 a gram or something of that nature) for experimental purposes, but anything more is a serious felony. (In fact, multiple felonies I believe)
