Hey people, i was just wondering wether or not there would be a market out there for a bussines forum. Like somewhere you can talk about making/developing and maintaining a website or business. You can basically talk about anything to do with any kinda of business even things such as affiliates and advertising.

Also how many people here own an online business/company that generates a moderate amount of income? i own a few but some are still in the midst of being marketed and stocked.

Good call.
I own a couple of standard format businesses and 1 little online business.
I for one would love to see a forum of this nature.

I own two businesses, one online and one "IRL". Both have been around for a few years and are doing quite well, actually. Sorry, can't tell you what they are (or give you the website URLs), because then you'd immediately know who Pete Zaria really is.

Personally I wouldn't use a business forum, in fear of sharing trade secrets with the competition. I can see good uses for it (discussing marketing strategies, advertisements, pricing, etc...), but, any of it could be used against you by competitors. It would be very useful, however, for sharing experience with advertising services, affiliate programs, etc... so I might use it for that purpose.

I'd be happy to help you with any specific questions you might have, though....

Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Thats great, i might get to work on designing the forum soon and have it up and running in a couple of weeks. I currently own 2 webhosting companies, a custom motorbike company (offline), pocket bike import/export business, a spudgun site (currently in developement with killa) and soon an online advertising company under the name of GloboCom.
