You mean to tell me the speed test is to test the computer speed? Well, if i had known that, i could have just said -- MINE SUCKS!!!

The speed test tests your connection speed.

Hmm...Somehow I don't feel bad about going off topic in a topic about ADD.
Seems like everybody has it nowadays. I think it is just the fact that teachers manage to make class so terribly boring that you can't help but let your mind wander off, and it's perpetuated by people looking for an easy answer to everything.

All the junky and out of date equipment is sent and installed here.

Our society is to blame. All teachers want to do is blame the kids for their lame ass agenda. We as a country get weaker and weaker,because we have to many "rights "
Our country spends tons of money per student. Second world countries spend half what we do and their kids are twice as smart.
Our world ranking, as far as testing goes , is way behind the rest of the world.
BUT every student "feels good " about them selves, here in USA.
We can't have Christmas or Hannauch(sp ?) but the Moslems can pray in public school and buildings. Foot washers in public buildings. Of the people, by the people.

I personally think that ADD is a load of crap. I have had so many people say that I have ADD, that I've lost count. I simply don't care enough to pay attention to the idiocies spewed by my teachers. I say this simply to argue the validity of ADD tests. I can pay attention if I choose to, or if the subject is interesting. Bearing this in mind, how could I have ADD if I can pay attention, or is ADD just another name for kids that the adults can't force to pay attention?

I have/had add, but grew out of it. I took concerta, which is a time-release version of ritalin.
what I hate is that people (other kids at school) made excuses for why I got such good grades without studying or anything. they said that "the medicine made me smart" dang, that pisses me off! I want to f'ing punch them in the face!!! ARRRRRRRGGGGG!!!

EDIT: According to a test, I have ADD. A score of 75 is considered positive, and I scored like an 83. Don't believe the tests, your mood can sway your answers and the result.

gosh it seems like everyone here had add.
i slack off on alot of subjects i hate. I've only brought my english book to class half the time. Socialstudies 3rd quarter i got a B now im down to a D. amazing isnt it?

I had a teacher that thought i had ADD once. But I proed her wrong, it was funny. They decided that I wasn't paying attention because I was really smart and just got bored with the menial tasks because they posed me no challenge. They told me I could skip a grade but I decided not to.... Ooohhh shiiiinnnnyyy....
