my questions are
1.what is that rubber washer going to be sitting on top of?
2.not really a question but with a bolt that large it will weigh a lot
3.what are you going to be using for the bumper?
edit:one more question
1.5in pvc is not a very good fit inside 2in so are you going to wrap tape around it or what?

Be ready for some hard work, they tend to take a lot of tweaking, I'm still working on mine :p and not to be rude but I bet all of the questions you can come up with have been answered a few dosen times in the past few months.

I finished my most recent piston valve in about ten minutes and it didnt take much tweaking.

calm down its just a build log
I got a nice piston from c19o a few months ago.
1 1/2" w/o-rings. It was tight in the 2" pipe so I honed the pipe till it slid easily. Made a good valve , copied his design . Worked great first time I set it up. http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w303 ... CT2004.jpg
