Dude, I don't know if this is on spudfiles and I missed it, but if not, why isn't it here? Unbelievable work!

By far one of the best finished projects I have ever seen, bravo!

I think we have a member with the name fighterace as well. Have seen that gun unfinished, not the finished product through.

Er.... wyz, look at the rest of this thread ;) it's clearly "our" FighterAce's work, the piston pictures are the same.

Y'know, we don't mind buildlogs here either. I do have one question for you though. Why the heck didn't you just mill the Picatinny rail too?

Very pretty too, glad I'm getting some machining gear soon.

Sorry if I ruined the surprise hehe

By the way, you cannot feed paper coned darts through that beauty, she deserves better!

Since you have a mill: http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/6mm-apf ... 23554.html

To answer both of your questions... my mill is actually a hand router. Bosch POF 1200 AE to be precise. I can "mill" stuff only because I've built a special table for it :D

I'm currently looking into replacing the paper cones with shrink tubing. However with the ever restricting gun laws in this country I'll probably just go with .50 cal paintballs and airsoft BBs.

That makes your achievement all the more impressive :) well if you want to order a small number of fins at a reasonable rate let me know and I'm sure we'll come to some arrangement.
