Good 1.5 in piston?

well sorry for the noobish question but my hot glue gun is nowhere to be found and my epoxy is all cogealed and unusable ssoooo whats a good premade piston for 1.5 inch sch40?

why would you want to make a 1/2 inch piston? performance wouldnt be so well you should do at least 1.5 inch or higher for really good performance

you now those crayola markers they fit perfectly in 1/2in sch40 Im sure you could convert that into a piston somehow.

your title does not match your question, did you forget to edit your question aswell after elitesniper posted his response?
As for the piston, you could melt the hot glue in a pan or similar then pour into your coupling. As done in the BCvids tutorial on a piston valve.

I guess you could be creative and glue 5 milk jug caps together because they fit nice and snug in 1.5in pipe
I just relized that that would be a very effective piston even more effective than a proper hot glue or epoxy one because of the light weight.

Another noobie question from me. I understand fully how a piston works,(all 3 kinds) but how tight does the hit is the tee for a coax, or a barel sealing?

who thats weird how did I totally miss thaT typo. I was wondering how tight the actual piston need to be withing the outer pipe of a coaxial piston valve.

On my very first piston valve (1.5"), I sanded down a 1" coupler (I think it was 1") and used some washers, a bolt, and a bike tube squeezed onto the face.
and it held up?
