ok i been wanting to do this for a while no but never had the time. but today i finally did.

i took a 3/4 inch end cap filled it half way with epoxy and put a 12 gauge shot gun cleaning jag in there. i let it sit for a hour and i put a 3 ft long piece of 3/4 pipe in the end cap. i dropped in a c02 cartridge and it hit the jag and went flying out... pretty sweet. figured id share.

id post pics but the concept it pretty simple

I was just thinking about this. Infact, I even posted a thread about "What to do with a Co2 cartridge?" and someone said make a launcher. Maybe it was you even, dunno. I'm definetly gonna make one next time I go to Menards to get parts.

Me and a buddy did something similar to this after work awhile back except I just put a wood screw through the cap. The cartrige never went more than 10-15' in the air, how do they do for you?

Hmm, the projectile will have a hard time flying foward.
Maybe add some fins?

I once tried pushing nail through a cartridge it was fun because it went everywhere but didn't really fly
it was more like jumping around
but it's not recommended to do

I already have a post with this idea, I made a spring setup and it hits hard on the head. It works great.

you mean kinda like a pinball think? you pull the pin back and let it go and it pops a hole in the co2?

i get about 50-75 ft. but after around 50 it starts spinning...
