Piston Gun Design and Idea!

Hey guys, after the failure of my last pvc piston gun, I thought Id come up with a new gun that doesn't use any glue, or compression. Just pure threading.
I made a marble gun purely out of poly parts. I screwed a 1/2x1'' threaded bush into the 1'' tee, and got a length of all thread poly pipe, stuck a pile of thread tape on, and 2 threaded nuts over the pipe and screwed it into the tee untill I had the sealing face of the pipe just where I wanted it. I also came across "gasket fittings" which have a nice o-ring around the back. So when you screw it in fully, it compresses the o-ring and you don't have to use thread tape.
I'm casting a hot glue piston. I didn't want to use my mums pots and pans to melt down the glue otherwise Id wreck them. I also thought that how and the hell and I'm I gonna safely get the glue from the pan and into the mould carefully enough that I didn't stuff it.
I came up with a new method thats floorless when melting the stuff down. I layed a few sticks over a sheet of aluminium foil and stuck it in the griller. When it was nicely melted down, I stuck on some gloves, folded the foil over a few times so the glue didn't leak out, and squeezed it over the mould. It works absolutely perfectly and the best part is, you can squeeze out as much as you want so you can make large pistons very quickly!
Just make sure ya wear gloves and don't burn yaself!
