Precharged pneumatic bolt

I have been thinking alot about a new un-used design (to my knowledge) and I came up with a pre-charged pneumatic bolt. basically, when you pull the bolt back it cocks the cylinder inside. at the end of the cylinder is a hammer valve, when you pull the trigger and release the cylinder, the hammer valve hits a piece of steel bolted onto the barrel and releases the air into the barrel. Simple: fairly, but the idea still needs more developing.
Tell me what you think... and ask questions

That's cool I think I will take the credit for that just kidding I want to try this. Maybe you could have a crank and a loading mech so it could be full auto or maybe you could just have a air compressor hooked up to the back of it so you could have almost endless shooting .

This works very similar to Ant's hammer valves, only reversed.

It will work.

With a bit of work you could easily have replacable cartridges ;)
