I dont know if people have had this thought in mind much - ive never seen it on spudfiles- but i think it would be a very efficient and hassle free way to construct a clean and easy to use pneumatic. By using two sealing pistons you can release the exaust valve by pumping the gun like a shotgun reload(ive made combustions like this and i like it alot). Tell me what you think.

the back is simply a stock and i think brass would be a good material to make this one out of to minimize the exaust chamber volume.

Sounds good, But IMO, I would rather have a regular trigger, but hey, new advancments are always nice to see! If you want to do it, go for it.

i think you should go for a regular coaxial before attempting this beacause there is a classic saying that says' it may look good on paper but that doesnt mean it will work. by the way combustion knowledge wont help you at all. but anyways im not trying to be a prick or any thing im just telling you whats what. think of it as a public service announcement

Oh i've made over 14 spudguns both combustion and pneumatic- only 5 didnt work and i know why- with this new kind of piston it will definately move properly. I plan to use a brass air tank for the pistons. both its fit and shape are perfect for a functioning piston if i just secure an O ring properly.

but i could definitely work this design into a trigger activated shot though ill be thinking about that.
