what is a vortex block how do they work

should i make this a BBMG or a pneumatic?

If it's a BBMG then ill alot of research to do

Which valve do i use no QEVS because i cant get one. and i ve never built a piston valve

iam a newbie =)

and my guess is BBMG, otherwise what's the point?
i have never built a BBMG my only experience is a pnuematic any advice you would like to give me?

BBMGs are really simple, just take a look in the BBMG showcase and discussion sections of the forum.

is that a vortx block

what the max psi a blowgun can take.

can you use copper pipe for this or only pvc?

This is a cloud type gun. Go here for vortex info.

150 psi would be typical rating...usable somewhat over that.

Copper would be fine, not sure why though.

what's the difference between the two

which one is better

In terms of performance, there isn't much difference. A vortex block can provide more reliable feeding though.

The cloud just pressurizes the air chamber filled with BBs. As the pressurized air exits via the barrel a random BB is carried out of the barrel followed very quickly by another random BB.

The vortex block steers the stream of air around the inside of the block picking up a BB on its way out of the barrel. This is a more specific directing of the air stream. A refinement of the cloud concept.

A BBMG guy can better rate the performances....me no BBMG guy...

yea i have no experience with these wat so ever. i have a plan but im not sure how to make a vortex that link with the bondo thing is there any other way to make one?

how do you make a portable air soure and how fast does the gun use up air?

can i use the idea of the BBMG p90 diagram or is there more to it then just that?
