Ok, I will get straight to the point, would a shock pump such as this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Buzzys-Pollinator ... 249&sr=1-5 be better than a foot pump for pumping up the chamber of my gun that is about 14" long of 1" pipe, and 16" long of 3/4" pipe to about 60-70 psi? Thanks!

For 60-70 psi you could probably get by with one of those crappy electric tire inflaters. No reason for a shock pump at those pressures.

For 60-70psi you could probably also get away with a hand pump.

But who really wants to do that, get a cheap track or foot pump if all you need is 70psi.

Don't use a shock pump. It took me around 10 mins to get a 600ml drink bottle to 50 psi. Go for a track pump, foot pump or small compressor.

Maybe you could use something like this.
I have one similar by the same company and it will pump up my launcher to 80psi in 25 pumps. great for building up your muscles too.

here is the launcher in question

Don't use a foot pump, unless you get an expensive one they are well inferior to a track pump.

That's the point. I can get them over here for $10 aud from hardware stores. Not the most brilliant pump, (rubbish next to a track) but fast, easy and dirt cheap (no innuendos). When they're stuffed rip the rubber off for a sealing face (if suitable), take the guage, the pipe, the chuck and if aluminum melt them down in a forge.

That said, a track pump is a better investment and a better option.

Edit: That said, I use a huge 3 phase shop compressor or a shock pump for my guns.

well, here is the gun in question:

I put a normal 12 oz. can of soda next to it for scale. We are getting a compressor, but I would like to be able to have more mobility than that. I have a foot pump that will pump it up to 50psi in about 30 pumps, but I would like something a bit faster. What are my options besides co2, nitrogen, green gas and all those expensive bottled things? Any ideas?

What is wrong with just a bike pump? yea they are a bit less mobile, but honestly, your not going hunting with this thing, your not going to like run through the brush with it 9 times out of ten, so just buy a 30$ bike pump with a nice gauge on it.

Something like THIS

It's honestly the best solution. If your really worried about mobility, then use some hose clamps to put a shoulder strap on it, that's what I did with mine.

That should get your gun to 100 in about 7, I have had bigger chambers that fill much higher much quicker, its a much larger volume in that pump versus a foot one.

With that tiny @ss cannon, I would say only about 5-7 pumps to get to 60psi (depending on the actual pump you get)

(minor EDIT: tiny @ss not meant to suggest crappy, just size)
My cannon is about 3 feet of 1 1/2 pipe, and at 15 pumps I'm at 150 psi
