Well at last guys after 3 long weeks of enduring work on my PITBULL 9 semi auto airgun I finally have pics up for you lot 8) , please be kind?,I know it looks odd but its the best I could do given the shape of the internals  .The more I shoot it the more im liking the look of her and what it can do ,even at only 110psi its great fun indeed,as I posted earlier on another thread here is the internals. It only holds 7 shots but seeing as the ammo costs me 20c a shot maybe not a bad thing!

Fires 9mm bbs(well 3/8" actually),barrel is aluminium(26" long),framework is Pine wood with the internals carved out by hand and the mechanics of the gun sandwiched between the 2 peices of pine. 1/4" QEV VALVE with a light spring fitted inside,1/8" Poppet valve as pilot/trigger, tension adj Ball detent and rare earth magnet to hold the next round back,4X32 Scope.,3/4" Brass Air chamber( much longer than in the first pics). The Air Chamber is hidden in that section just infront of the trigger which is a 40mm pvc pipe with bondo to smooth it into the frame(it took ages and was frustrating to get right). It may not look like it but the amount of work I had to put into this gun was beyond belief!,I gave up on it once or twice through frustrating problems but its all good now.....

The Grip set up was a bloody nightmare to construct properly and with strength.

Wow.

Nice to see the culmination of all your efforts, I know how long you've been at this idea :) It's sexy in an AUG sort of way, I like!

Now lets see those action videos ;)

Cheers Jack,I'll try to get some demo's filmed soon mate, while its not a supersonic powered gun its still pretty impressive upon shooting cans and old videos.Once I get another co2 gauge I'll run her on 200 psi 8)

Wow, probably a bit late now you've made the body, but I would have recomended more epoxy based putty stuff to make custom fittings and a more compact airgun.

But its looking good already.

It must be massive, those 9mm balls look like 6mm in comparaison.

And is that a golf tee in the magazine ? :)

Nah size 8 + 1/2 Feet( Aust size),Indeed the gun is big it kinda reminds me of a Pulse Rifle, its wierd because at first I thought it looked really odd but im starting to like the look of it more? go figure?. I guess Im bias as I made the gun though.I did at one stage have a Golf tee in the mag as a plunger but it now runs no plunger as it caused double feeding issues, now feeds fine 8)

Gun is 30" long ( end of fake Silencer to rear of stock) x 16" wide(scope to handle base)X 3" thick! yeh its a beast............

Wouldn't it make sense to make a foregrip though?

Yes that can be done pretty easily mate, might make one up?: also wanted to add a telescoping Stock similar to what was once available on aftermarket Ruger 10/22 stocks in the U.S but dont know how Im going to do it?.At the moment the gun is shouldered in a less than usual position, its not overly uncomfortable but could be improved with an extendable stock of some sort................

That is great!
Been wondering how much longer until we see more giant JSR type stuff.
(Working on one myself lately, but long way from posting it) :(
With a Ball valve "T"'d to the mag, it could be reloaded from a larger mag(?) 8)

EDIT: Forgot to ask, what pressure is your QEV rated to? Thanks.

Bit awkward looking..but nice!

I think you should go where the design leads you...Place the grip on the side or something...make it look really..alien...

:D Great job on achieving semi!!

Must be a blast to shoot!

Very nice work on the wooden part.
(Not saying the internals don't look good)

What kind of damage are you achieving?

How fast can you unload a clip?

7 rounds go quickly,it'll shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger so its pretty amazing to shoot :D ,only so far tested on old video cassettes, aluminium cans and paper targets as ive only thus far been testing in the back room of my house.hoping for further testing this week, ive just now a few mins ago got the scope zeroed in to an acceptable level due to the scope rail I made being too low upfront.
