OKay heres the pics and I need to know how to adjust the paint ball regulator? I don't know how to do it.. I have the perfect setup for a 1/4" ball bearing gun but I cannot figure out how to regulate the damn thing and I don;t want the psi to go through the roof and explode on me... Please help me guys! I have shown the paintball regulating system which has a coil attached to it from the tank but I don't know how the paintball regulator works? I have searched and cannot find it. It it adjusted by the two black adjusting knobs or is tightetend by an allen wrench or something. I need all the help I can get for this baby to get her running smoothly

It would help if you could show the ends of it. That is where mine is adjusted.

My guess is it would be the knob on the end of the thing with the gauge and output. Only a guess though, never had any experience with paintball regs or such. Have you tried twisting any of the knobs? Shouldn't you just be able to connect it to your paintball tank, the gauge reads 800-ish PSI, leave the output open and see if twisting any knobs decreases the pressure shown on the gauge?

you may need to induce a leak downstream of the regulator. I'm not sure if paintball regulators are self-relieving.

And the knob at the end of the thing with the gauge gets my vote as well.

Three of the four green arrows are showing connections and not any sort of adjustments. None of them are pointing to the regulator adjuster. That knob that you did point to is an on / off switch, just like the one on the opposite end of the hose.

Normally, there is an allen screw. More often than not, this allen screw will be protected by a sleeve of some sort. If there is any sort of sleeve on the regulator (which will be near the gauge) then try moving it to expose the screw.

Another option is that this may not be an adjustable regulator.

BTW, you're not using this for CO2 are you?

ing is pressre rated to
Of course this is for co2 the entire coil and everything is rated to 3000 psi. I just need to figure how to adjust the regulator.. Just above the gauge on the inline regulator is another piece the same as the one that will run from the tank. I know this doesnt regulater pressure but this was the origianl piece that threaded inti the paintbll gun. You guys thinl the pressure is adjusted from the screw on the side opposite the gauge?

1) There is absolutely no reason to make a triple post
2) There is absolutely no reason to type so fast as to make as many typos as you are doing

Now, is this regulator specifically for CO2 / Omnigas? Just because it is a paintball regulator, doesn't mean it is compatible with CO2.

As far as the screw goes, it is either the adjuster or an output hole. I've no experience with this particular regulator so I don't really know for sure. You could try to gas it up and adjust the screw to see what it does. Start with the screw turned all the way in, then slowly, SLOWLY, turn it out just a little bit at a time. If the gauge pressure is getting higher then you've found the adjusting screw. If it doesn't move, then you've found another output and should stop turning the screw.

1) Chillax.
2) Sorry for the typos mom.

It is a paintball regulator that can run from 30----? psi

I know it is compatible with co2 gas. But do you screw the pin in all the way first for regulation or do you slowly screw it down since it is a pin actuated valve type of thing? I am looking for your help and i really appreciate it but I don't want to blow myself up over this. It has an adjustable allen wrench screw at the very bottom and thats the only moving part on the whole regulator so I am guessing that is what I have to change. I just can't find a schematic online for this thing.

And still... just curious but how to you add pictures to posts that you are making... not new threads but say I wanted to add a pic here, which i do, how do i do that? Basically adding a pic to a post instead of starting a new thread.

Adding pictures: In the bottom left portion of the screen is a button that looks like >Image. Click that. Go down to Filename and find the image you wish to upload. If you care to add a comment, do this in the larger box just under the Filename box. Click the "Add Attachment" button.

What is the name on the regulator? Also, if there is an allen screw on the bottom of the reg, then that is the one you need to be focused on. Turn it all the way in and put the gas to it. Slowly turn the screw out and watch the pressure gauge rise. Once the gauge is where it needs to be, stop turning the screw and lock it in place (if possible).

Now let me ask you this. How come you seem to know all the specs for the thing but don't know how to adjust it? Does it say on the reg itself that it is CO2 / Omnigas compatible and that it is adjustable to 30 psi?

Well I bought it on ebay and I don't have the regulator on me or I could tell you the name but I am pretty sure you are correct on the allen wrench situation because its the only movesble part per say on the entire regulator. I hope to get it up and running soon as I find a 1/4" barrel and steel shot to go in it. I think I can gt some serious results with an 8 chamber and a breech load type of system. Just hard to come across 1/4" ID pipe.

** sorry for the double picture post, I have to re size these these pics a lot of the time, Which is weird because they are taken from my cell phone.

I'm sorry for trying too look more look more intelligent on this than I am but I really admit to know that I don't know what I'm doing. If you look in the earlier posts you will see pictures of the actual regulator. completely I guess. This is the only adjustable part on the regulator so do do think that messing with that will regulate the pressure?
