Put the bottle in a vise, and get a pipe wrench and just keep pushing,

Pressure test that before you use it, looks like it's taken a bit of abuse. Fill it with water and pressurize to twice the pressure you plan to use it at.

What size fittings are you gonna use to attach it?

its fine the only damage was the paint and label which i have sanded off. also it had 2600 psi of co2 in it, i de-pressurized it by pressing the valve in on a rock. And Im gonna put a 1/2" hex nipple that reduces to 1/4" for the elbow into my QEV. and im only pressurizing to 300 psi, also to answer your question i opened the valve with the wrench i kicked it really hard and the valve came off.

How hot was the bottle?

CO2 is only ~800PSI at room temperature.

i kept it in my shed which has insulation and a window in the roof its kinda hot in there, i pressure tested it but it cooled

The CO2 would have to be upwards of 200 degrees Fahrenheit to be under that much pressure at rated fill.
