Doesn't matter what triggers it, just apply a higher voltage...

Same as I did for the failed 14mm automatic airgun inovative design, cast the whole thing in a block of epoxy.
The axial O-ring seal design is just shite, so I just submerge the whole thing in epoxy.

I should be able to provide a detailed explanation on how to make a cheapo solenoid valve 60bar compatible in a few days time, I'll try and make sure it does actually work before I say anymore.

Slightly PUIofGlenfiddich but I'll most probably edit thjat out...

dewey-1 I almost finished the circuit, only some parts of the sketch I didn´t understand: battery input and firing mode selection, where should I weld them?

Do not power that up yet. Something is wrong with what you have built, compared to the parts layout that I did.

Also take another in focus picture with the 555 ICs installed without a flash. Like the second picture.

It looks like you have parts as installed from bottom wiring side.
Your parts layout should match the component side or the silkscreened side.

See the previous post with edited names for all three images.

Here is a view as if you were wiring it.

Maybe I have made it from the bottom, I was following the sketch with green lines :? I thought it was the bottom view...
But I think I have connected everything correctly :roll: even through it´s some how different from the bottom view
I can post a picture about the bottom wiring too, but probably won´t help :lol: big confusion down there

Sorry to say that I can see plenty of problems! :(

You need to follow my parts layout and bottom view wiring!

If you use an Ohm meter you will find that pin 1 of ICs is not battery negative or ground. That is only one problem.

Basically you have this on ICs:
pin 1 is pin 8
pin 2 is pin 7
pin 3 is pin 6
pin 4 is pin 5
pin 5 is pin 4
pin 6 is pin 3
pin 7 is pin 2
pin 8 is pin 1

Yeah, but since it's bottom view you orient the parts according to bottom view (eventhough they are on the other side of the board)

damn it's kind of hard to express properly but I hope you understand

In this application of a single sided proto circuit board, the components are placed on the non foil side. (foil side meaning no square pads)

The three jumpers as indicated, go on the top or the component side.
The square pad pin on each IC indicates pin 1.

All your switch wires, solenoid and battery wires are inserted from top side.

If you place all parts as indicated on top component side then flip board over and then wire as per bottom view. This view:

so I place the components fro top using the blacck/white sketch then weld them following the black/red wire sketch
