Hehe, i have few 3/4" brass Y-fittings that could be used to make a piston valve like that ;) like you drew it first time

im gonna use my mill to bore out the block the only down side is ill have to cut the block straight down the middle width ways as i only have 6" drill bits then ill join the 2 halfs togethor with 2 stainless steel rod on each end and press fit them. i got the barrel from ebay it costed £11 delivered heres the link https://signin.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI. ... UsingSSL=1. it has a bore of 14mm so i think im gonna go 14mm ammo not to sure what yet tbh something that has some real penetration power.

im aiming to start working on this tomorrow and hopefully get it all bored out just waiting for my dad to get a 1/2 bsp tap from his friend in the engineering industry.

hi guys sorry for not replying for a while been working alot ive dont some work to my gun i ran into a few issues due to lack of tooling for machinery i had to cut my billet in half to be able to mill it and the end product is a little different to what i had planned.

rite finally got the gun assembled and fired ill add some pictures and damage shots all i need to do now is buy a blow gun and make a wooden stock for it. i mite even order some for tooling for my machinery and order a longer billet of aluminum and try to stick to the original plan.
