Came across this design, I personaly have never seen anything like it, found it fascinating, shame he didn't make it about 10 times the power, but the design is fascinating.

Has anyone seen anything similar (non commercial)?

By the way his 50 cal video is also worth a watch.

Too bad he's into hunting.
He's very creative, but combining the above with homemade launchers is a SF nono.

Sorry didn't realise he was into hunting, I missed any reference to it. I really hope he has no intentions of using that gun on anything.

I was just fascinated by the previously unseen (by me) design

Sorry.

That he's in to hunting doesn't make him a bad guy.

Was a creative build, and I enjoyed watching the video. Did not sit through the .50 build though.

'm not saying he's a bad guy.
I like his creativity,

Hunting I can accept.
Building launchers I can definately accept.

Building launchers specifically for hunting however...

Is it just me or he's semi won't work? No matter the position of the selector it would always fire at full... And because of the air pressure in barrel he can't keep full auto neither, just the little bursts from each trigger pull (Have had it too).
Enjoyed the video though, the gas piston is a nice touch.

Not just you. Seemed like the bursts he was getting were three-ish bbs fired at the same time. Guessing the mechanism doesn't cycle properly while the barrel is pressurized.

Further guessing that moving the gas port toward the breech, venting the piston tube, and a stronger spring would improve cycling.
