For my chamber iv'e got a t piece coming out that reduces to a 0.5" / 15mm end cap where i'm going to put the pressure gauge. I have all the parts but i don't know how to make a good seal around the gauge.

If anyone could give me some tips that would be great.

Use teflon tape to seal all metal and plastic threaded fittings.

Milton has a schrader valve that has a nut on the back with a rubber seal. I have not had a problem with it. The price is about $6.00 for one. What I do is drill and tap the hole and thread the scrader valve in, and than install the nut inside the tube where you are putting the valve. Works gread. These valve are stainless steel.
