The first load is at 30 psi the second is around 50. I really don't know if thats right though because the regulator is a piece of crap.

Description
RevoSemi holds ten nerfs although the tank that's on there right now can only hold enough for about 5 or 6 good shots. I don't have a compressor so I can't show you it's full capacity. It took probably 1 and a half to 2 months to make (I kinda forget but it's been a while). There is a regulator on there between the main chamber and the firing chamber. All I can say is that the regulator is realllllyyy slow and inconsistent. Sometime I'll just invest in a co2 regulator from palmers pursuit but 90 bucks is a lot. Anyway, I'm still not clear on whether it's ok to use regulated co2 in pvc.

Design
Surprisingly enough, I just winged this gun. The only thing I ever wrote down on paper was how the part that spins the revolving disk was going to work. I opened up a Nerf Maverick for some help on how it worked.

That one didn't work. I made a new one that works ten times better. The only difference is there isn't as much space for the pin to slide around in. It's more of a track than teeth type things.

Stuff
Sometimes I have a feeling to whether a gun will work and I can tell you, I wasn't feeling to good until I fired off the first shot and amazed myself (thanks for the quote "hi").

1. First, I couldn't get the whatchyamacallit (rotating cam) thing to work, then I had to do countless hours of sanding/filing to get a small piece of 1/2" inside 3/4" inside, 1", which was inside a 1" coupler and viola! I had a piece that turned when you moved the slide valve.

2. My next biggest problem was getting a some sort of good seal between the cartridge and the sprinkler valve. What I did was cut out a small piece of wood with a hole in it and sanded it down (took way too long) so that it fit inside 1" sch 40. So when the gun shoots the wood shoots forward and hits the cartridge and the air goes through the hole. Normally, the piece only has to move a tiny bit so not much air is wasted.

3. The last problem was the actual barrel. I made this barrel that looked way cool. I modeled it after the Ultimate Inline II by neospud. Later, I figured out that that since I didn't have a seal between the cartridge and the barrel that there was too much friction and it slowed the nerf way down or it didn't even make it out. After some hours of deep thought, I realized this with a certain amount of duh factor and I reluctantly took the barrel off. It doesn't look quite as cool but it's frickin' sweet.

This is great! I just find it awesome that you made a revolving action for it and everything. It stinks that the barrel didnt work for you but I bet you can figure that out later. I dont know what it is about your gun but I like it! Alot.

I'm working on the barrel right now. I think I'll be able to finish it today. Unfortunately it won't make it any better performance wise, it will just look cooler.

Is it actually Semiautomatic?I ask cause in the vid you were moving your hand back and forth.Anyways it looks better with the new barrel and paint.How is your seal?The wood block seems like it might leak alot.Try putting some gasket material on it, might help performance.

My hand moving back and forth is actually the trigger. The seal is actually pretty good. There is a lot more air flow through the hole in the wooden bolt rather than around the sides of the cartridges. Since it all happens so fast, a 100% seal doesn't matter as much. I might give it a try sometime though. It could make it a little quieter too.

I own a drill press and a scroll saw and a file. At one point, I was doing so much filing, my knuckles hurt for a few days.

The wooden circle is a blow forward bolt.
