my idea is im going to make a piston gun (iv made 3 that work) with .5 for the barrel and 1.5 for the chamber. its going to be a barrel sealer in a 1" T. now for my idea if i have a spring in stead of a bumper thats pushing the piston on the barrel can i fill it from the chamber instead on the pillet valve?

Yes, if you have a strong enough spring...

Welcome. I usually do make responses as soon as I see new topics, JSYK...

Well, if its a barrel sealing piston valve, why not make it in a 3/4" tee instead of a 1" tee? It will be more compact, more able to take higher pressures, cheaper, and will yield greater performance as well.

Make sure to use both a bumper and a spring; a spring by itself is not a suitable bumper.
