Full auto idea

During my electrical engineering class today, I was bored and started drawing up some plans for a paintball gun that I am building. The scan may be a bit blurry but it was nothing exact. Basically you have a simple air tank with a sprinkler valve, non modded and a barrel. I made a version of the Slider and plan on using that in conjunction with this. I will have a pressure switch attached to the air tank that will close when it reaches a certain PSI. After that a momentary switch will be attached to the bolt so that when it is back and loaded the circuit is closed. Finally a trigger will be placed in this circuit along with a battery pack. So when the bolt is back and ready to fire the circuit is closed and also the tank has to be at a certain pressure for it to fire. So theoretically once you hold down the trigger, the gun will fire, charge and fire again until you let go of the trigger or run out of air/ammo. On the scan the black lines indicate wires.

That seems like a pretty good idea, except, how is that full auto?

cause you hold down the trigger and hopefully it keeps fireing. Versus a shot with every pull of the trigger.

I think bc pneumatics did this, or at least under the product description for pressure switches it alludes to using it for a full auto gun

So has it already been done?

Sorry.
Great idea, just not very original.

Alright then. I assume that you used the pressure valve you advertise on your site on that gun?

Sure did. It will work much better on a smaller gun, since the valve closes way to fast to let enough air out to shoot a GB. Notice the oversized chamber.

I think Tony is pulling up the archived post about it.
