ok, i really want to make a portable sniper that is breech loaded.thats when it would load like a real sniper right? if not scratch that. i want to make it shoot marbles. i think 1/2 inch pipe will work for that. so can someone please help me out, thanks alot guys!

yeah doo some raserch, yes 1/2" pvc fits marbles, commenly a rotating breech lock is used for marbles consisting of a pipe sleve and a hole that s sealed when the sleeve is rotated

You could use a modified 1/2" tee as a sleeve, and put a capped piece of pipe in the middle of the tee, and fill the capped pipe with marbles so you can use it like a magazine.

Yeah, I have always bilived that if you cant do the reserch yourself and figure it out yourself, then you should not be building it. You can only have respect for this gun if you understand how it works.

Yeah, maybe just do a quite "idea-sketch", even in mSPaint and put it on so we at least have a vague idea of what you really want. Then we can give "suggestions", not "help me!"

1/2" doesn't work for marbles.At least not for 90% of the bag.I had to bore out my 1/2" pipe to make them wide enough for marbles.But what does work is dubble bubble gum balls(compliments of dollar tree).They are slightly smaller than marbles.Plus they taste good,edible ammo.

1/2" marbles work in 1/2" PVC barrel...

try 1/2 inch copper pipe for your barrel.

bring a little chunk of it to miachels to the floral section and take a look at their marbles. there are the 16mm ones and then the 14-15mm ones. buy yoursefl those. they should seem like they would BARELY fit. in fact, some of the marbles in the bag dont fit at all. (ive found the clearish blue ones work the best, youll see what im talking about).....

i used this on the barret 14mm and with muzzle crowning and a scope, i can hit a soda can from 25 feet without even trying.

either that, or build yourself a .177 cal BB sniper, or a 6mm airsoft sniper. i have no experience in these whatsoever but they might be worth a shot.
