does anyone ave any idea what the max psi is for sch. 40 galvinized steel :?:

i would trust small diameter galvanized steel at 300 psi.

I'd trust it at 400 psi. I'd also trust it at pretty frickin high pressures, bercause I've used it with 8x/8 atm hybrid mixes.

The burst pressure of 2" Sch 40 galvanised steel pipe is somewhere slighty over 1000psi I think. No clue on the fittings, but they are probably fine at 300 or 400psi.

okay its going to be my first time working with metal and i just wanted to make sure because steel shrapnel is alot worse than plastic.

You can use pretty much anything short of solid fuels or multiple atmospheres of hydrogen or acetylene.

I have used basic galvanized pipe and fittings from hardware stores with unregulated Co2 without any problems, they just need lots of Teflon tape.
