How are you fueling and igniting? How fast do you expect it to shoot- shots per second and muzzle velocity?

Some specs would be nice on this too. It looks like a well-done build with some serious potential.

Yeah, it looks good. Does it have a loading mechanism or is it just like 6 seperate combustion guns?

Anyway, it looks good...

Most homemade gatings like these are just separate combustion launchers that rotate and when a wire or something gets connected it sparks.

looking very good, will you be feeding a fuel/air mixture into the chambers? It doesn't like it's going to be a one-shot-per-barrel design like the others illustrated here...

it' s not a one shot / barrel, sorry but in english i can't explain all, it's too hard for me. sorry..

Maybe this schéma can help you to understand the refueling system.

I saw that on the patator forum, what will you be feeding into the chambers? fuel mixed with air, or just fuel? I have to say, very ingenious setup :)

Aah, that looks like a very elegant way of fuelling if you can get it to work. Though it does seem to have the potential to flash-back into whatever's feeding the fuel-air mix, presuming it is a pre-mixed gas you'll be piping in. Still, very nice!

Very true POLAND_SPUD, I hadn't considered that possibility.

that's a clever fueling method. it looks like the mix isn't ignited until the fuel transfer port is sealed off from the chamber. Thumbs up for creativity and lots of brass! Let's see If I understand how the fueling/ignition cycle works on this:

Stage one, passage between a chamber and fueling port is open, air/fuel mix fills chamber.

Stage two, barrels rotate, chamber is sealed off

stage three, mix is ignited.

repeat...

Sort of how the pneumatic miniguns work, except with air/fuel mix instead of pressurized air. Pretty slick!

If the loading mechanism is just as well thought out, it will work like a charm! Thanks for sharing! :D
