I have 4 of the 6 complete, need a few more spark ignighters and need to hot glue in the little measuring scoops that holds the carbide. I think June 20th the fireworks tents go up around here and thats when people start shooting bottle rockets and fire crackers early.

Going to make up a short video and put it on a disk how to set it up to fire. I ordered in 5 little 2oz bottles of carbide for these that should fire each one about 75 times i figure.

Im also waiting on some stickers and some more fake stainless contact paper for the barrels i ran out and lowes doesnt stock it any more. I wrapped it around the barrel then i kinda liked the way it turned out but didnt have enough for all of em, i kinda scabbed in a bunch of different pieces on a few of them and it looks sloppy upclose.

I figured out a more simple design for the stand that takes less pipe and fittings, also it doesnt allow it to adjust so the water doesnt dump out.

Funny thing about PVC you can scale it down.

Larger 1 is 1-1/2" chamber the little one is 1" Couldnt scale down the switch or the little letters though.

Superb, ever considered turning this into a business? Bit of liability involved but at the rate you're churnin' them out, why not?

I thought i might try to sell a few on the side of the road once everyone starts shooting fireworks.

I tried to rig them for safty, i put a nail in the barrel under the flash hider thing to prevent stuffing anything down the barrel, also the barrel fits in loose so if there is anything blocking the barrel it will fly off.

4 of them im already planning to give away. I was waiting for the decals and the little 2oz bottles of carbide.

The normal size marshmellows fit in the larger ones perfect, marshmellow cannon sounds harmful enough.

Not sure how much pressure the 1-1/2" tees can handle sch40 but they seem pretty solid to me.

I've put marshmallows though 3/8 plywood, so don't underestimate them.

Even this little guy I built for my son will put mini marshmallows through several layers of cardboard.

This is all the further you can put the marshmellow down the barrel, hopefully this will be ok. Ill try it but i doubt ill get much velocity from this much barrel.
