I have recently spoke with the RCMP and they have informed me that spd guns are no problem if they are compressed air. However they were unsure of Combustion. Anyone know if they are legal up here?

I live in the States, but I have a friend in Winnipeg with a combustion gun. He's never gotten in any trouble with it.

From everything I've heard about the RCMP, as long as you're not starting any real $hit they'll let you be. I'd say as long as you're not hurting anyone or anyone's property with it, the worst that could happen is you'd get it confiscated. However, I can't tell you if they're legal or not.

Peace,
Pete Zara.

They are completely legal in Ontario, and I'm pretty sure they are ok in the rest of Canada. I know an OPP officer who has a pretty sweet golf ball cannon. He got an old scope from a SWAT sniper rifle and mounted it on the side of his gun. He got that thing to be pretty accurate.

John, call the city you live in.

I live in Ottawa and called : here any spud gun are legal, as long as they are not used to damage or hurt something or someone.

If normal firearms are then spudguns are 2

as long as you shoot at a firing range or in a secluded area u will be fine.
