Fans in a combustion

I was wondering how you positioned the fans in a combustion so that its not destroyed in the obvious "combustion". If you put it in the very back of the chamber, doesn't it melt or become susceptible to damage of some kind?

Unless you are firing once every couple seconds you will not melt the fan. I can only thing of one that has.

Does the ABS melt? Nope.. The fan shouldn't (even if it's not the same plastic).

It might slightly damage it after 50 shots... but it's not that expensive to replace.

Put the fan behind the spark so if your projectile exits before complete combustion, the fan will not be blown out the barrel. And yes, I've done it.

I am also the only one who was sucessful in melting a fan due to high rate of fire. I have a combustion launcher that can shoot 30 RPM.

Is that the proton pack? That melted the fan?

Should it be SPM Spuds Per Minute not Round Per Minute. It adds to the whole spudgun side of it  .

And gort I never new that the fan should be behind the spark.I will put that fact to good use.
