SpudBlaster, I'm a bit confused by the place you told me to put my air input. I easily can do it in that specific place, but your air input is on the other side of your propane meter. Wouldn't you have the same problems I've been having with the fuel being mixed?

My propane meter is everything up to the 3/8" ball valve connected to the ignition chamber, including the Ts, elbow, and all the nipples.

Alright, I got it shooting today! I shortened the propane meter by taking out the 1/4" x 4" nipple connecting the street elbow to the ball valve and regulator. The new meter volume is 23.5 mL. I plugged it into SpudTool, got 20 psi for a 4.2% mix, and then went to try it out.
I shot about 4-5 times at 2x, then shot at 3x twice. My propane connection is leaky, I might fix that also.
The shots as I heard them:

1st shot, didn't expect it to work because of how much trouble I'd already gone through. After putting in a 2 layer aluminum foil burst disc, fueling and pressurizing to 2x, I started clicking away. It was kind of like- click click, "Damn, I knew it wouldn't work," click click BAM! I almost pissed myself with surprise.

2nd shot, 2 layers of aluminum foil, 2x mix. Click...BAM!

3rd shot, 6 layers of aluminum foil, 2x mix. Click.......BAM! (about 3/4 second delay)

4th shot, 4 layers of aluminum foil, 2x mix. Click BAM!

5th shot, 8 layers of aluminum foil, 3x mix. Click BAM!

6th shot, the first shot with a barrel. 3x mix, 8 layers of aluminum foil. Click....BAM! All I got was apple mist out of the barrel.

I think the weird delays that my gun shoots at are caused by varying percentages of propane, because I always put the regulator at 0 psi when I shoot. I adjust the regulator almost every time I inject propane, because I have a crappy Home Depot one (cost only $5 though) and the knob spins all over the place, really easily.
I am extremely happy that I got it working again though, I've spent too much time and money on this thing to have it not-work ( ).
