Knowing Spec Ops when they do get the kit for the phantom it's gonna cost me $400.But hey,if I got the money might as well, the wood pump on mine is getting kinda old.
@ tatertosser, check with your field,I know when scenario games come around the owners always let me use mine.I play with a scenario team so I practice with my cannon. I rarely go to a Rec day anymore. It is all scenarios and practices.

I doubt they would let me use my cannon. It's 8 1/2 feet long. Combustion so it's mostly uncontrollable.

Combustions will never be worth it paintball wise. They just arent practical and furthermore they are dangerous. But on a different note, how much are those barrels?

That is why the fields banned combustion guns.Which barrel are you talking about?

I'm not sure, as I'm having scope problems. Once I get that worked out I'll let you know. It seems pretty accurate so far, I can hit stuff about 30 ft away no problem whatsoever. I just need to get a decent scope for it.

I don't have a problem with you saying it looks like a sniper rifle, it's just when people call it a sniper rifle. Or call themselves a paintball sniper. You're not. A sniper is a highly skilled individual with the ability to take out a target at a mile and a half, and often take out two targets at 2000 yards before either of them hears a rifle report. You no-scoping someone in the face at 150 feet doesn't count.
Uh, yes it does. The ammo is different, so the ranges are different, but the idea is exactly the same.

And besides I am a navy qualified pistol expert and I am a damn good shot with a rifle. So I may not be a marine corp scout/sniper but I am still pretty good. Dont fuck with me.

Ah, to be qualified. Can't wait to finally get the chance, age is a bummer.Did you get qualified at the MMA?
Mcmaster has a 3 ft, section of .686" brass tube for $14.That would be excellent for a barrel. It is thin, may have to sleeve it in the CPVC.

Oh, that sounds like an excellent barrel. Most PB barrels are between .682 and .689 i believe.

Qualified with what?
