like jack said, you can get these at any hobby shop even here in the US. they are used in airplanes to guide the control rods.

Unfortunately, on closer examination the sizes don't seem to match up with the 0.177 and 0.25 required for BBs and airsoft respectively.

In Europe tubes are available in metric sizes, so 4.5mm and 6mm I/D tubing is easy to come across. I haven't browsed through all the available stuff though.

edit: this works out as 6.1mm which is a pretty good fit for airsoft BBs.

I've used that sort of tubing to 400 psi+, both as barrels and as chambers, never had any failures.

WOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just to let people know, each corresponding size of the brass tubing fits perfectly inside itself.................. almost airtight. if youre building a blow-foward chamber or something this stuff is GREAT......

in fact, im using it in my airsoft rifle noted in my sig. this stuff is great. stock up on it... in fact, 17/32 fits inside of 1/2 inch DWV copper, and is a perfect barrel size for nerf darts, stefans or nomral darts alike.............

thank you for showing the world jack. youre full of ingeneiuity today...........

I'm using 6mm O/D aluminum tube that fits perfectly in 6mm I/D Brass tube in my design :) Well i've been constantly bleating about how you can get all sorts of tubing at your local model shop, thought I might as well post a relevant link.

Look for any big R/C hobby store in Oz, I'm sure they will stock a similar selection :)

You have to subtract the wall thickness (x2 of course) from the stated diameter, for airsoft it should be 0.237" or a little more.
