a 1" barrel on a BBMG probably isnt the best idea...

i think if you get a co2 or hpa regulator then you could use a paintball co2 or hpa tank but regulate the air and use a blowgun as a valve, like the first pic.

Is threaded pipe a good idea?

The one in your diagram would be *the* BBMG - pressure washer handle instead of the blowgun and 3,000 psi unregulated air from a SCUBA tank, heaven :D

The difference in this case that a pressure washer handle can... well, "handle" muhc higher pressures, but for normal compressor/bike pump pressures a blowgun will do fine.

Which diameter will be necessary to vortex block????
I'v to use pvc/alumminium block to support 3000psi instead a wooden one?

Jack, you and I truely think alike.

You forgot to mention 9 mm led balls..

One of my dream guns would be the Ultimate Inline made out of steel, in 9 mm and running on unregulated CO2..

anything less would be wimpy hahaha

That will do just fine.I was just dreaming...
Just use pressure rated materials.
If you use a CO2 or HPA tank you absolutely need a pressure regulator to get the pressure down.If you don't you'll blow up the blowgun.

The reservoir in the second picture will be a disappointment. The air won't last very long and pressure will immediately drop.
