hm my little brother bought one of these and also a gamo whisper. id have to say the gamo is much more powerful but i do like the feel of the crossman.

personally im not into breaking the barrel every shot so i have one of these :lol:

i give up some velocity but it doesnt bother me... i enjoy the semi auto haha

I'm not sure what you mean saying the whisper is more powerful they both shoot 1000 fps with lead pellets. Now the whisper is much more quite because of the silencer.

I really don't think you can compare the two in the same league of airguns. Seeing the price difference of ~200 dollars.

well i have em both so i compare em regardless of price. and the whisper really isnt that much quieter. there is almost no noise from the air being released but the piston hitting metal is still pretty loud. and the whisper is much lighter.

The whisper is only ~.8 pounds lighter, not that much , but I am a strong man. :D

Would it kill you to use proper punctuation?
