Anyways, I don't know the required flow or if your plans design will have enough flow but it can just suggest putting the biggest valve in your gun as possible for the most maxed out flow.

You mean this one? That was at 350 psi+ and using a piston valve, makes a massive difference from just 70 psi.
My first vortex block was ok for short bursts at 110 psi but doesn't compare to HPA.

yeah to make a piston valve or qev fill from the chamber side all you have to do is place a spring behind the piston/diaphram correct?

It depends, most QEVs have pistons which allow air to flow past them pilot->chamber but will seal chamber->pilot, so you might have to poke a small equalisation hole like Brian did with this semi valves.
