im using brass tubing as a barrel for my bbmg, but the barrel is 6.2mm so there is considerable blowby, is there away i can put something in the barrel to make it a tighter fit.

A bigger projectile. :P

I suggest ordering the right tubing for the job. You can sleeve it with something, but it'll be a pain in the ass, and will probably work poorly.

McMaster has the answers to everything. Try that.

Buy a tight bore airsoft barrel, a short one should be quite cheap.

how about a strip if tape all the way through the barrel, it would add spin, and tighten up the barrel.

Sure. You'd still have a lot of blowby though.

Your best bet is to get an airsoft barrel. They are made to tight tolerances, and many already have hop-up.

I would get a tight bore, but if it too much you you can try cut a bit of the same pipe down length wise so you roll it up a bit tighter and slide it into the barrel.

His bore's only off by half a millimeter. I doubt he can sleeve ANY kind of pipe in there.

I'd agree with this... Airsoft TBBs are droping in price when compared to a few years ago.

Cut off the hop-up end to get rid of the hop up cut and you have a $23 tight barrel for your BBMG
