Out of standard paintball reg the output pressure is around 800psi so you will have to use a regulator to regulate it down to a safe pressure. If u have some money to spare u could always use a palmer stabilzer regulator it's a good investment from my point of view.

Ninja paintball tanks can be taken down to 450 psi by adjusting the tank's built in reg.

The SLP reg can go down to 300 psi: http://www.ansgear.com/Ninja_Pro_SLP_Se ... g45slp.htm

Quadruple posting!! Please learn to edit your postings.

Have you ever built a pneumatic cannon before? All your simple questions seem to indicate that you have not. You are setting your goals to high.

You should start off with a lower pressure cannon first (less than 100 psi) to see if you can be successful.

Stay away from higher pressures until you comprehend and understand how dangerous higher pressures can be.

You need to do a lot more research and Google more!

More like sextuple... :?

Check out the showcase. You can model a gun off the examples you see there. And, make sure you read the comments just to be sure you can make adjustments as the pros suggest, just to be safe. Self discovery is a great thing! Once you've done that you can ask a bunch of questions.

:D i know guys thanks for the tips and yes it is my first im going to start with the bare minimum parts for like 60 bucks with my regular air compressor , i just dont want to have to buy 2 qevs and cant seem to find one that is high pressure for later ... and another reason is i do not have the money to be building expieriment guns so i kinda would like to do it in one nice one and might make one smaller one when i get some more money and i modeled the design off of a youtube video that had a nice setup and was working well plus it had a tutorial

You can buy a nice quality European style QEV off eBay, a style that has been used with very high pressures. It will handle your first project and it sure to handle anything you throw at it later on when you become more experienced, and they can be bought for very fair prices (under 20 bucks), which leaves plenty left in your budget for the rest of the gun.
