i am about to make a cloud bbmg and i would like to know what would be a good air source?
size matters and i need a small air source.
BTW, i dont have access to an air compressor and i cant afford one. :(

Also could a deodorant can provide enough air for a relatively small cloud chamber.

Nothing will work other than an air compressor or high pressure compressed gas tank.

ok i got shut down. so from lookingat the post "mini portable bbmg" would an air duster provide as much power as a can of deodorant or is an air duster way more powerful?

I believe someone has made a bbmg from a duster before.
From my experience an air duster is way more powerful, unless of course youre using the Chuck Norris brand deodorant.

Deodorant wears Chuck Norris for protection...

Ok, I know it was horrible

But I agree with noname; you really need an air compressor or some sort of compressed gas (MINIMUM 60 PSI, I would think)

I don't think either are powerful enough for a cloud. Deodorant cans are full of deodorant which slows down the flow. An air duster is more powerful, people have made bb guns using air dusters as chambers but it wont be good for a cloud.

Buy an air compressor, they're not that expensive, go second hand.
Airbeds... so many different uses

i need to know what wuld be the simplest bb gun to make/cheapest in the most minimal amount of time and has the least requirement for an air source i.e an air compressor or massive tank.

hmm, so which is it? jk
Buying propellants like canned air or airbrush propellants will bankrupt you because you will continually be buying them.
Save for a new compressor or do as previously suggested and get a second hand one.

What about propane tanks? sure theyre cold gas, but they work just as good as regulated co2. They'll last quite a bit longer than those air duster cans and provide a lot more power too. You can buy an adapter to go from the propane tank to npt, or use a compression male end where the end of the torch unscrews.

(the adapters are available on a site i can only mention privately, so talk to me on aim about it if you want)
I wish I had a better signature...

It may work. May not smell great, and you definatly would not want to be smoking anything.
