it's a CO2 powered tyre inflator, refilled with 12 gram CO2 cartridges, which probably will only last for a relatively short number of bursts so if you use it a lot it will get expensive.

You could try the mod that DEMON linked to if you have access to refillable CO2 bottles.

would there be any suitable valves or something like a valve which could puncture this cannister except for the tire inflator?
